Our Story
Founded in 1993, Jiutian Building Materials began as a small perlite expansion workshop in Xinyang, Henan — at the doorstep of China's largest perlite ore reserves.
Today we operate 3 natural-gas expansion furnaces with a combined annual capacity of 200,000 tons, shipping to customers across Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and the Americas.
To deliver consistent, high-purity expanded perlite — backed by technical expertise — so every customer gets exactly the grade their application demands.

From raw ore inspection to final container loading, every batch passes through 14 checkpoints: ore receipt → pre-heat screening → expansion furnace monitoring → density sampling → particle size analysis → moisture content → pH verification → chemical composition spot-check → contamination screening → packaging integrity → pallet labeling → container loading condition → seal & document verification → customer sample retention.
